Managing your Auto-Ship Account:

If you forgot your password, you can reset it.

You can also log in and make changes to your password on the Account Details page.

  1. Go to and select “My Account” in the top right corner of your screen.
  2. Click on “Lost your password?”
  3. Enter the email address on your Tartar Shield account on the next page.
  4. After you enter your email address, you’ll receive an email from with instructions on how to reset your password.
  1. Visit My Account > Payment Methods and add a new Payment Method.
  2. You may choose to apply the new Payment Method to all your existing Scheduled Orders (using the cycle button).
  3. Or you can visit My Account > Scheduled Orders, select Edit Payment Method, and update your payment method with the desired option.
  4. Once you have updated the payment methods, set the Next Occurrence Date as desired and then Resume the Scheduled Order. To process immediately, select the current date.
  5. This will trigger the Scheduled Order to process with the updated payment method on the Next Occurrence Date selected.
  1. Visit My Account > Scheduled Orders and then select the “Pause” or “Resume” button.
  2. Note: If the Next Occurrence Date is the current or past date, resuming a Scheduled Order will trigger it to process immediately.
  1. Visit My Account > Scheduled Orders and then select “Delete.”
  2. Then confirm the order deletion.
