Login Help

If you forgot your password, you can reset it.

You can also log in and make changes to your password on the Account Details page.

1. Go to tartarshield.com and select “My Account” in the top right corner of your screen.
2. Click on “Lost your password?”.
3. Enter the email address on your Tartar Shield account on the next page.
4. After you enter your email address, you’ll receive an email from info@tartarshield.com with instructions on how to reset your password.

Making Changes to Your Auto Ship Order

To update your credit card, please visit the ‘Payment methods’ tab and select the ‘Add payment method’ option. Enter your credit card information and select the ‘Add payment method’ button. Then, select the ‘Autoship schedules’ tab and select your updated credit card from the drop down menu under ‘Payment Method ’. Note: If your auto ship is paused, make sure to select the red pause button to resume your auto ship schedule.

Click the red play button to resume an auto ship schedule or the green pause button to pause your auto ship schedule.

To cancel an auto ship item, please visit the ‘Autoship Schedules’ tab and select the red ‘Delete Schedule’ button.
