How do I return an item?

You can return your unopened products within 30 days from your order date from TartarShield.com or any of our Verified Veterinary Partner Network. Please get in touch with our Customer Care Team for assistance with your return.

Tartar Shield does not accept any returns from third-party sellers, including, but not limited to, HealthyPet, Amazon, Vet RX Direct or EntirelyPets Pharmacy. We do not accept returns or refunds for products purchased for the purpose of resale.

Can I exchange an item?

Please get in touch with our Customer Care Team for assistance with your order.

What happens if I want to return an item after 30 days?

We do not currently accept returns after 30 days. If there is a problem with your product, please contact our Customer Care team.

When will my refunds be processed?

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 2 days to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. Tartar Shield Pet Products, Inc. will notify you by email when your return has been processed. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be included in any refunds or exchanges.
