Policy Details

You can return your items within 30 days from the date you received them from TartarShield.com or any of our Verified Veterinary Partner Network only. Tartar Shield does not accept any returns, exchanges or store credit from third-party sellers including, but not limited to, HealthyPet, Amazon, Vet RX Direct or EntirelyPets Pharmacy. Any item from Tartar Shield Pet Products, Inc. can be returned. For all returns, please include the purchased item, along with Proof of Purchase.

Shipping Fees

You are responsible for all return shipping fees and verification of product delivery. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Tartar Shield Pet Products, Inc. strongly recommends that you use a trackable method to ship your return.

Restocking Fees

Tartar Shield Pet Products, Inc. does not charge restocking fees.

To return your Tartar Shield order purchased from any of our Verified Veterinary Partner Network locations, please contact your purchasing veterinary office to verify your purchase and process your refund.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, Tartar Shield Pet Products, Inc. will process your return. Please allow at least 2 days to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. Tartar Shield Pet Products, Inc. will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
