What orders can be returned?

You can return your unopened products within 30 days from your order date from TartarShield.com or any of our Verified Veterinary Partner Network. Please get in touch with our Customer Care Team for assistance with your return.

Tartar Shield does not accept any returns from third-party sellers, including, but not limited to, HealthyPet, Amazon, Vet RX Direct or EntirelyPets Pharmacy. We do not accept returns or refunds for products purchased for the purpose of resale.

Can I exchange an item?

What happens if I want to return an item after 30 days?

We do not currently accept returns after 30 days. If there is a problem with your product, please contact our Customer Care team.

How to return qualifying products?

To return qualifying products, please first reach out to our Customer Care Team. You can do so by contacting us at support@tartarshield.com or calling us at (888) 598-7658 (Sale department). Our team will confirm the eligibility of your order and the products.

Once we approve your return request, please carefully package the items and send them to our warehouse located at 9880 Douglas Floyd Parkway, Noblesville, IN 46060. Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return.

Ensure your goods are securely packaged, as we cannot issue any refunds for items that are damaged during return shipping. It would be advisable to use a traceable shipping method to secure your return.

Once we receive your returned items, we will process your refund as previously outlined.

When will my refunds be processed?

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 2 days to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. Tartar Shield Pet Products, Inc. will notify you by email when your return has been processed. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be included in any refunds or exchanges.
